This Cap sleeved front clasp bolero shrug comes looks great over the top of a simple dress or by itself as a statement piece.
Each ruffle is hand cut and pleated and twisted to create the organic looking assymetrical collar.
The lace up back with eyelets and ribbon gives an extra detail. Small front clasp o
pening.
